Payments processed after notification of satisfactory receipt. Tom Green County reserves the right to award lump sum. This RFB is provided by Tom Green County (the County) for the purpose of soliciting bids from prospective licensed vendor(s) to provide plumbing installation and repair services for the renovation of Harper Park, located at 19125 FM 2034, Water Valley, TX The scope of services requested in this RFB includes the items listed below: o Dig up existing water line to remove old faucets o Add valve box and brass ball water cut off valve o Run schedule 40, 3/4 " PVC from valve box to freezeless stand pipe (buried minimum of 1') o Replace existing faucets with 3/4 " FreezelessIOWA Model Y34 or equivalent, per plan detail - Approximately 25 locations for water, not all are RV pads o Install IOWA Model Y34 faucet or equivalent at the sewer dump station and replace/install new access cover o Place water connection at the rear of each RV pad. o Removal and disposal of all old equipment/materials o Provide copies of plumbing licenses o Other specified requirements to complete this RFB
