This call for tenders relates in particular, but without limitation, to the supply and installation of toilet and shower divisions, toilet accessories, lockers and changing rooms, counter shutters, rolling shutters, folding partitions , scratch mats and flag poles, as more fully described in the contractual documents. All bidders must comply with the requirements contained in the contract documents. These can only be obtained through the electronic call for tenders system at website or by calling 514 856-6600 for residents of the Montreal region and at toll free 1-866-669-7326 for outside residents. Caution : Note that only the documents required by the Company under the terms of this call for tenders must be submitted with the tender, so as to avoid any situation that would result in the tender being restrictive or conditional. The work required under this invitation to tender must be completely completed within 74 weeks (including public holidays, construction holidays and the time required for the supply of materials/equipment) from the date of the authorization to start work. The probable start date of the work is between May 24 and June 24, 2022. The probable date of mobilization to the site for the rails and measurements is in the spring of 2023. The probable date of mobilization to the site for the majority of the work to be carried out is in the summer and fall of 2023. No information meeting or site visit is planned. Tenderers who wish to receive clarifications concerning the call for tenders must communicate in writing to the e-mail address designated below, taking care to mention the contract number, and this, maximum three working days before the date . and the deadline for receipt of tenders . If such a request for clarification is received two working days or less before the deadline date and time for receipt of tenders, the Company reserves the right not to consider it.
