Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Saranac Lake, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.
**As of June 22, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Base Bid project generally consists of rehabilitation of Taxiway B by mill and asphalt overlay, including crack repair, miscellaneous drainage improvements, new pavement markings, and minor edge grading. Approximately 22,000 square yards of asphalt pavement is to be rehabilitated. Bid Additive 1 includes Contractor purchased OCP Insurance. Prevailing wage rates apply. Contractors must be bonded and insured to the level indicated in the Contract Documents. A Federal DBE participation goal is included in the Contract. The project is sales tax exempt.
