Atlantic City Expressway (ACE) Heavy Highway Job Order Contract. General/Summarized Scope Statement. Base Bid The work of this Contract will be set forth in the Detailed Scopes of Work referenced in the individual Job Orders. The Contractor is required to complete each Detailed Scope of Work for the Job Order Price within the Job Order Completion Time. The work of this Contract shall primarily general construction work. For a detailed overview of the Contract, refer to the JOC Supplemental Conditions, Part One.
