Performance and Payment bond will be required if project is $50,000.00 or greater St. Charles County reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all bids. Klondike Park Courtesy Dock, located on the Missouri River is a Saint Charles County Park that will provide courtesy dock facilities and debris boom for the public. Park amenities will be ADA accessible. The project is located in the Missouri River Floodway and is designed to withstand inundation and floodwaters. The project will not increase the regulatory water surface elevation and the site mass grading meets the no net fill requirement for floodways. The grading on the site will have a net cut.
