Renovation of a mixed-use development in Upper Saint Clair, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and fitness / recreation center.
Community and Recreation Center Rooftop Unit #5 Replacement This involves a 40-ton AAON rooftop unit that provides heating, air conditioning and dehumidification for half of the gymnasium. In accordance with Chapter 25 of the Township Code, all bidders must be pre-qualified by calling Debbi Yelich @ 412.831.9000 x2170. Please submit the requested information no later than 3:30 PM on Tuesday, May 10, 2022. No bids will be opened from bidders that have not been previously pre-qualified by the Township of Upper St. Clair. Bids to receive consideration must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of Township of Upper St. Clair in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any technicality or formality therein.
