Campus Electrical Upgrade Site Work: 4/1/23 - 7/31/23 all site work must be completed during this specified time period. Transformer work shall be completed over the summer months, 6/1/23- 7/31/23. Any power shutdowns should be coordinated with the School and Contracting Officer. b. Grassing and Site Restoration Work: 8/1/23 - 10/31/23 after the completion of the electrical upgrade site work, grassing and site restoration work shall be completed. c. Building Electrical Work: 4/1/23 - 9/30/23 the School will be vacating 5 classrooms at a time to complete this work over the specified time period. Building electrical panels and classroom wiring are to be installed in this specified time period. d. Building Mechanical Work: 4/1/23 - 9/30/23 the School will be vacating 5 classrooms at a time to complete this work over the specified time period. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and fresh air intake systems are to be installed in this specified time period. e. Contractor shall schedule critical works including loud producing noise equipment during non-instructional days. Final confirmation will be determined at the preconstruction meeting.
