The California State Fair is a large scale 17-day, multi-faceted, family oriented event featuring an array of entertainment options and special attractions. Contractor shall install, maintain, and operate theatrical lighting, on a rental basis, for the concert stage at the California State Fair. SB and DVBE companies are encouraged to bid. Term: Term of this agreement is July 1, 2022, through July 31, 2024. In the opinion of the California Exposition and State Fair (Cal Expo), this IFB is complete and without need of explanation. However, if you have questions or should you need any clarifying information, please submit your questions to the email shown below. Answers to all questions will be compiled and posted.
