Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The major work will consist of the (approximate) following: Paving, Drainage and Park Improvements which includes 15,260 SY of Concrete Pavement, 960 LF of Storm drain, 32,241 SF of Concrete Trail and a Playground. City will award a contract to the Bidder presenting the lowest price, qualifications and competencies considered.
