DBE businesses are encouraged to submit on this solicitation.All questions must be in writing and are due no later than May 3, 2022, by 6:00 p.m Location and Work to be Performed: The Avondale Boulevard and Lower Buckeye Road project area (see attached map), is located along the major arterial roadways in Avondale Arizona. This project includes the installation of roadway widening of both Lower Buckeye Rd and Avondale Blvd, the installation of traffic signals at the intersection, streetlight improvements, irrigation and drainage improvements, and other related miscellaneous work. The project will also include the relocation of Salt River Project (SRP) facilities. The project will maintain the checkered crosswalk across Avondale Blvd, in keeping with the race theme for the nearby Phoenix Raceway
