The general scope of each RFQ is to provide Painting Contracting Services on demand and Districtwide. Deadline to submit District Prequalification Questionnaire: April 29, 2022 via email ONLY The District will accept e-mail questions related only to the RFQ and sent to Xochitl Vargas, Contract Administration Analyst at xochitl.vargas@lausd.net, with the subject header "RFQ-R-22021 - RFC". Contractor must have an active C-33 - Painting and Decorating license classification, issued by the State of California and be Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Program certified by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) or an EPA Authorized state, and be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) The term of the resultant JOC Contract is one (1) year or the expenditure of the maximum value of the Contract, whichever occurs first. Upon mutual consent, the initial value may be increased incrementally up to the maximum legal value of ten million dollars ($10,000,000) at any time and as deemed necessary by the District. Additionally, upon mutual consent, the contract may be extended for two (2) option periods of twelve (12) months each, but the maximum contract amount must not exceed ten million dollars ($10,000,000) within the maximum contract term of three (3) years. Bid Adjustment Factors (BAF) shall be adjusted annually on the Notice of Award (NOA) anniversary date and based on the California Consumer Price Index (CCPI). The District also reserves certain rights, including, but not limited to, the following: Reject any or all responses to the RFQ.
