Site work for a water / sewer project in Corn, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: The project consists of the rehabilitation and replacement of existing sanitary sewer main. This project will include replacement of approximately 550LF of 8" and 200LF of 6" existing sewer main with SDR17 Poly Pipe. This work will additionally include rehabilitation and reconnection to existing manholes (3 manholes and 1 cleanout), reconnection of existing service lines (10), temporary bypass pumping, and surface repair as required. Bids are requested for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the bid packet. The Town of Corn reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities or technicalities without assigning any reason therefore, and to make the awards in the best interest of the owner. Questions on the Bid Documents from general contractors and sub-contractors will be answered by written addendum through the issuing office. Questions received less than three (3) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. No Bidder may withdraw a bid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of opening bids
