The bids will be summarized and submitted to the Board of Supervisors for consideration at their Workshop meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday 2 May 2022. The Board of Supervisors may award the contract at their regular meeting on 3 May 2022 at 7:00 p.m. The Board of Supervisors expects to conditionally pre-approve the contract award to facilitate timely execution of the award upon receipt of all bid bonds, insurance, etc. without waiting for the next monthly Board of Supervisors meeting. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids in its entirety or any part thereof. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid made payable to Franklin Township. The successful bidder must provide a performance and payment bond and certificate of insurance as applicable within 10 business days of the bid award.
