Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is seeking Respondents to provide a proposal for fiber optic internet cable construction and ongoing Internet Service Provider (ISP) at Choke Canyon State Park, 358 Recreation Road 8, Calliham, TX 78007. Due to the urgent need and budget constraints, TPWD requests that construction/installation services are completed by August 31, 2022. Respondents shall provide a project schedule with response. Schedule may be a factor in determining best value award. Project will involve delivering internet to park headquarters facility at the entrance to the park. Internet delivery can include, using aerial telephone/powerline poles outside the park boundary and/or boring/trenching within the park. Special coordination is necessary between respondent and park staff to ensure that all Texas Park and Wildlife internal processes are followed to protect the cultural or archeological integrity of the park.
