The Schertz-Seguin Local Government Corporation (SSLGC) requires the services of a UL accredited contractor normally engaged in the installation of lightning protection systems to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, necessary items, and services required to install lightning protection systems as specified herein at SSLGC facilities. The lightning protection system shall be a master-labeled system protecting the building, consisting of air terminals on the roof, bonding roof mounted mechanical equipment, bonding of the structure and other metal objects, grounding electrodes and interconnecting conductors. Upon completion of the installation, the installer shall furnish a written guarantee of UL compliance and subsequent issuance of the LPI Master Installation Certificate. See Technical Specifications.
