Work covers construction and all related itemsrequired forlimited scope Reroofing ofthe Existing Dental School buildings located at the Dental School Campus within the LSU Health Sciences Center inNew Orleans, Louisiana. General: The work generally consist ofthe replacement ofthe existing modified bitumen roofsystem with a new modified bitumen built up roofsystem at the Main Roofofthe Administration Building and at the Penthouse ofthe Administration Building The work includes all miscellaneous items identified on the drawings. Work includes all roof components necessary for a complete roof system such as concrete deck primer, flashings, vent stack flashings, emergency roof drains, miscellaneous items and roof accessories. Photographic documentation related to the verification ofthe conditions of the existing ceiling and spaces on the level below the main roof ofthe Administration Building and the ElevatorMachine Rooms belowthe penthouse roofat theAdministration Building is also required prior to the start ofthe roofing work.
