As of June 30, 2022. The project has been awarded to Builders First Source amounting $45,434.06 Work shall include but not be limited to: a. Installation of 7,388 square feet of floor tile, base molding, adhesives, underlayment, and trim accessories on the second floor of the high school, as marked with an (X) in attached diagram. b. removal of the existing carpeting and base molding c. warranty the installation for a period of not less than two years from date of acceptance. Site will be available after June 3,2022. Sequencing of work will be coordinated between the Owner and the contractor. The building staff will be responsible for the removal of furniture and fixtures that are in the work area. Sault Ste Marie Area Public Schools is requesting bids for the removal of carpeting and tile installation at Sault Area High School according to the enclosed specifications and instructions.
