Deadline for submittal of questions is 5:00 PM, 4/25/2022. Unless it is deemed unnecessary by the City Administrator, bid deposits shall be required. This deposit shall be for five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. Unsuccessful bidders shall be entitled to the full return of their deposit. Unless it is deemed unnecessary by the City Manager, a contractor or vendor shall provide a surety bond of at least 100% of the total contract price from a surety company authorized to do business in Florida to guarantee the full and faithful performance of its contractual obligations and the payment of labor and material expended pursuant to the contract The City of Flagler Beach reserves the right to reject any and/or all Bids when such rejection is in the best interest of the City
