Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Centerburg, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
If the bid exceeds fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00) bidder must submit a Bid Surety in compliance with ORC Section 307.88. All bids submitted shall meet the bond requirements of Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. The Board reserves the right to accept the lowest and best bid. If, in the opinion of the Board, the acceptance of the lowest bid is not in the best interest of all concerned the Board may accept another proposal so opened or reject all proposals and advertise for other bids. The Board reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received.
