Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Sterling Heights, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remove and replace approximately 213,000 s.f. of concrete sidewalk (5 ft. wide and 4 ft. wide) and to perform other associated work as itemized in the proposal. A cashier's check or bid bond payable to the City of Sterling Heights, Macomb County, Michigan, in amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance, labor and material, and maintenance and guarantee bonds. Please see the project specifications for details .
