Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Winnie, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for the renovation of a 22,000-square-foot playground / park / athletic field.

This project includes demolition of existing fields, road, and misc structures, then construction of four new baseball fields with central building for concessions and restrooms. Construction is anticipated to start in July 2022 and complete by March 2023. Alternate #1 adds the concrete parking lot, concrete entry drive, and the four (P1 and S1) light poles for the parking lot. The alternate is outlined with a dashed line and noted on C-100, A-001, ES-101, and other plans. It is also described in specification 01 23 00. The storm sewer under the parking lot shall be installed with the base bid. Storm sewer is not part of the alternate.
