Interested parties shall meet at the main entrance of the school, located at 21 Suttons Lane, Piscataway, NJ. A site inspection form and reporting information is contained in bidder's package and must be completed by the bidder and signed by an owner's representative. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of Chapter 127, P.L. 1975 (NJAC 17:27 Public Contracts Affirmative Action Statute) as amended from time to time, the American with Disabilities Act and with any and all other Federal and New Jersey Statutes not specified herein. All contractors are subject to background checks. Refer to Section B- Instruction to Bidders for additional information. Bidders are also required to comply with the requirements of the Prevailing Wage Law (NJSA 34:11-56.25 et seq.-NJAC 12:60). The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Bidder hereby affirms that all Work embodied within this Contract will be Substantially Complete prior to September 22, 2023. The Contractor is advised that work on the Project site is not expected to commence prior to June 5, 2023 The Work consists of replacement of the existing Air-Handling Unit #10 at the MCVTS Piscataway Campus with new 320ton custom modular variable air volume air handling unit (with CW Cooling and HW Heating) including associated ductwork, piping, louvers, VFDs, etc along with required modifications to piping, sprinkler system, ductwork, electrical, etc. Work also includes, replacement of natural gas fired - hot water condensing boiler, replacement of hot water circulator pumps, and installation of new rooftop relief fans
