Description

Demolition and site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Somerville, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The Somerset County Purchasing Division is maintaining Social Distancing; therefore, it is encouraged to Mail in your bid responses in a timely manner via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, etc. If they must be hand-delivered, potential bidders may drop them off at the Main Entrance of the County Administration Building, 20 Grove Street, Somerville, New Jersey 08876 and a Sheriff's Officer will contact the Purchasing Division to receive the responses. We value the integrity of the procurement process, and due to the circumstances, the bid opening will be conducted via Live-Stream from the County Commissioner's Meeting Room. You can access the Live-Stream from the County's homepage at the prevailing date and time stated in this Notice to Bidders. During the bid opening process, the bidders will be announced as will bid amounts. A bid review providing unit prices will not take place at the openings. All Bid Addenda will be issued on the County website, and processed in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A: 11-23(c)(2). All interested respondents should check the website from now through bid opening. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement. Bidders shall comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C.
