The product shall meet the requirements contained in the scope of work section of this RFB. Sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud and are public record at this time. Only sealed bids will be accepted. Refer to "Submittal Instructions" for bids, Item 9 for proper mailing instructions. Bids submitted via facsimile (FAX) machine or electronic means, such as email, in response to this Request for Bid will not be acceptable. Bids are subject to rejection unless submitted on this form.
