The County Council of Berkeley County, West Virginia (herein referred to as the "County Council" or "Council") is requesting Qualification Proposals from interested parties for Architectural/Engineering Services as it relates to the design and development of a proposed 22+/- acre park located at 8274 Winchester Avenue, Inwood, WV 25428 (hereinafter referred to as the "Inwood Park"). The County Council (or its designated representatives) will be evaluating submissions to this request and will ultimately select a firm judged to be both responsible and responsive to the request in every way. The County Council intends to interview some or all prospective firms to discuss Qualifications Proposals.
