Compensation Type: Cost Plus Fixed Fee Agreement Q&A deadline: 04/26/2022 11:00 AM County(s): Clark Independent Cost Estimator (ICE) Services for the North Las Vegas Maintenance Yard New Administration Building The Department is seeking to hire one firm for ICE Services for the construction of a new Administration Building for the North Las Vegas Maintenance Station. Provide Independent Cost Estimator (ICE) services and work with and become a part of the Project Team, which will also consist of the Department's Program and Project Managers, the Department's Design Service Providers, the Construction Manager at Risk, and the Department's Construction Engineering Services Providers. The Project delivery method will be Construction Manager at Risk. See RFP for full Scope of Services. Project Scheule : Approximately five years from the date that the agreement is executed.
