project location, located at the High School, 1111 N.W. 7th St., Stigler, OK 74462. A cashier's check, certified check, or surety bond in amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder, for all bids over $50,000, or as otherwise applicable by State Law. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays before time set for opening bids, as well as bids received after time set for opening bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Checks or surety bonds will be returned to unsuccessful bidders. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of fortyfive (45) days after bid opening date. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities.
