Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Cleveland, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

**As of June 07, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) shall receive bids for a Parking Lot Replacement at Scranton Castle. This project consists of milling and resurfacing the existing drive lanes and rear parking lot at CMHA Scranton Castle Apartment Building located at 2000 Castle Ave., Cleveland, Ohio 44113. Not included in the rear parking lot portion of work is the existing UFAS concrete areas, the existing Concrete in these areas shall remain. Each bid must be accompanied by a properly executed Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check on a solvent bank, made payable to the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority in an amount which shall not be less than 10% of the total amount of the bid. The work to be performed under this contract is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968, as amended. CMHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and waive any informality in bids received whenever such rejection or waiver is in the best interest of CMHA. Bids shall be firm and cannot be withdrawn for a period of 120 calendar days, subsequent to the opening of bids, without the consent of CMHA. CMHA is a Political Subdivision of the State of Ohio and is exempt from all taxes.
