Destination at Gateway (Berge) Offsite Paving and Utilities Signal Butte Road & Underwood Road Is Located Near the Intersection of Signal Butte Road and Williams Field Road as Outlined in the Improvement Plans for Signal Butte Road. Improvements Will Include Approximately 2,100 Lf of Arterial Roadway Improvements and 750 Lf of Collector Road Improvements Including Asphalt Pavement, Concrete Curbing, Concrete Sidewalk, Concrete Medians, Landscaping, Catch Basins, and Associated Storm Drain Features. Utility Improvements Include Approximately 3,339 Lf of 24” Dip Waterline, 1,170 Lf of 12” Dip Waterline, 1,749 Lf of 10” Pvc Sewer Line, and 1,170 Lf of 8” Pvc Sewer Line. See Bid Schedule for the Full Itemized List of Quantities. Payment and Performance Bonds will be required for this Work. The successful bidder, simultaneously with the execution of the Contract, shall be required to furnish a Payment Bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price, and a Performance Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price. The successful bidder shall name BCB Group Investments, LLC as obligee on both the Payment and Performance Bonds and name the City of Mesa as an additional obligee on the Performance Bond using a Dual Obligee Rider form. An approved Dual Obligee Rider Form is included in Chapter 2. The right is hereby reserved to accept or reject any or all bids or parts thereto, to waive any informalities in any proposal and reject the bids of any persons who have been delinquent or unfaithful to any contract with BCB Group Investments, LLC, or the City of Mesa. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
