Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Anna, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; golf course; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Anna is requesting quotes for the construction of concrete tee pads at a disc golf course in Slayter Creek Park located at 425 W Rosamond Pkwy, Anna, TX 75409. Concrete demolition and removal is also part of the Work. A course layout is attached for general location of all tees but must be field located before construction begins. Demolition: Remove 18 slabs - 48in x 18in Remove 18 slabs - 144in x 72in Remove 6 slabs- 10ft x 10ft (4in thick at most) Backfill all slabs, and remove and haul off all concrete. Installation: Install thirty six(36)6ft x 12ftconcrete tee boxes. Concrete slabs shall be at grade; excavation for forms is required. Finish shall be medium broom. Backfill slabs when forms are removed. Use spoil to fill voids left from demolition or remove from site.
