Renovation of a water / sewer project in Mansfield, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
A 300,000 Gallon Cardinal Oaks Ground Storage Tank Rehabilitation which includes recoating of the interior and exterior surfaces of the tank, miscellaneous structural modifications, replacing roof vent, and heat tracing of the pressure transmitter piping. Estimate: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Penal Sum of Bond: 5% of Contract Price offered Furnish performance and payment bonds, each in an amount equal to the Contract Price, as security for the faithful performance and payment of Contractor's obligations under the Contract Documents. These bonds are to remain in effect until 1 year after the date of final payment. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, including non-conforming, non-responsive, or conditional Bids. The Owner may also reject the Bid of any Offeror if the Owner believes that it would not be in the best interest of the Owner to make an award to that Offeror.
