The following equipment rental and labor will be needed: 1. One (1) Track Excavator (Case 9020 or equivalent) with Operator. 2. One (1) Track Loader (953 or equivalent) with Operator. 3. One (1) Wide Track Dozer with Operator 4. One (1) Skid Loader with Rock-Hound Attachment with Operator 5. One (1) 3" Minimum Bypass Pump System 6. Triaxle Dump Trucks with Drivers (up to five (5) per day) 7. One (1) Backhoe/Loader - 580 or equivalent with Operator 8. Labor Crew (up to three (3) person crew per day) Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid, made payable to Upper Gwynedd Township. A Performance Bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within fifteen (15) days after the contract is awarded. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 4/28/2022 2:00 PM No Bid shall be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the opening thereof, during which the Township may review the Bids and investigate bidders' qualifications. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all Bids. Proposals must be on the forms furnished by Upper Gwynedd Township.
