Reference number : 1593202 Review Title : Street paving and resurfacing work Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-04-25 Submission sent electronically accepted: No CALL FOR TENDERS 2022-03 STREET PAVING AND RESURFACING WORKS The tenderer must submit his tender on the tender form provided for this purpose by the City. Tender documents will be available on the Electronic Tendering System website . A check or a bid bond issued by an insurance company for an amount equal to 10% of the total amount must be attached to the bid. In addition, must be attached to each tender, a document issued by a company authorized to stand surety, confirming that it will issue, annually in favor of the Town of Farnham, a contract performance bond for a value of 50% and a labor, creditors' and subcontractors' services payment bond, for a value of 50% of the amount of the bid. The bidders' price will be firm and valid for a period of ninety days from the opening of the bids. For additional information, the tenderer may contact the clerk, Ms. Marielle Benoit, in writing at mbenoit@ville.farnham.qc.ca , in accordance with the provisions of article 5 of the administrative estimate. The result of the opening of tenders may be obtained on the website of the Electronic Tendering System at www.seao.ca. No results will be transmitted by telephone, email or fax.
