Renovation of an educational facility in Emmetsburg, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Iowa Lakes Community College is accepting bids to replace existing rooftop HVAC units for the Main Campus Building at the Emmetsburg campus. Contractor has the option to email the bid to dhiney@iowalakes.edu prior to the bid opening date/time. If contractor chooses to email bid, bids shall be received by 12:00 PM on bid day. A Public Hearing will be held May 12, 2022 at 4:30 PM at the Spirit Lake Campus, 800 21 st Street, Spirit Lake, Iowa 51360. Bid Security is required to be submitted with the bid proposal form. Make payable to Iowa Lakes Community College in the amount of 5% of the Lump Sum Bid Amount. Bid Security shall be of: cashiers check, certified check, or Bid Bond issued by a Surety licensed to conduct business in the State of Iowa. Form of Bid Bond is AIA Document A310. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities, to evaluate the bids and to accept the bid which best serves their interest.
