Renovation of a water / sewer project in Melbourne, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Lift Station T-17, T-53 and T-54 Rehabilitation. 1. In advance of any construction, pre-construction video is required. 2. Spray on epoxy liner in 8' X 15' wet well. (Raven 405 or Mainstay) after making point repairs of wet well interior. 3. Remove existing Emerson Process Management RTU cabinet and replace with Emerson Process Management Standard BCUS Control Wave Micro RTU Kit and Panel (see attached RTU kit list effective September 2020). 4. Remove existing antenna mast and foundation. 5. Install NEW SCADA antenna mast (25' height), with the conduits (1) 2" and (1) 1" from the panel to the tower location. 6. Remove lift station appurtenances from the wet well interior. 7. Install new float ball hanger rack and transducer mount. 8. Any spare conduits remove or cap, capped underground. 9. Install 20' concrete light pole with Leotech Lite-On Group, ECobra-Head LED Street Light series, model EC1 6M2 MV NW 5 GY 530 LPCR TPB BSK light fixture per Brevard County Electrical Standards. 10. Myers hubs and cord grips for pump cables. 11. Ground all structures to a single common ground to include: electrical panel, SCADA system, wet well lid, fencing and above ground force main discharge piping. Must conform to current County Criteria. USO Electrical Standards show all structures to be grounded. 12. Replace two new 316 stainless steel guide rails, 316 stainless steel bases and pumps with NEW ABS XFP's or Flygt/Xylem submersible pumps. 13. Remove existing valve vault and existing 4" piping. 14. 6" HDPE riser wet well piping, 6" ductile iron above ground valve assembly connected to 8" existing force main. Above ground ductile iron force main to be painted. 15. Two (2) above ground 6" check valves. 16. Two (2) 6" isolation gate valves downstream of above ground check valves. 17. 316L stainless steel pipe supports in wet well to support stainless steel guide rails. 18. 316L base plates under pump base elbows. 19. Install NEW Floats and Transducer. County Employees to set floats at lift station startup. 20. Install 6' x 8' concrete pad under valve assembly to be attached to wet well pad. (minimum 6" thick). 21. New 12" thick wet well top slab and hatch cover with BCUSD approved safety grate (round wet well 8' diameter and minimum 36" X 48" aluminum hatch cover). 22. 4" Vent pipe through top slab. 23. By-pass pumping with 24-hour monitoring.
