Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This contract repairs and resurfaces 91 city streets and constructs 396 ADA curb ramps along those streets. The work consists of milling the existing pavement, overlaying with new asphalt concrete, minor curb replacement, and replacing identified curb and sidewalk areas associated with installing ADA curb ramps. The project also includes areas of full depth pavement repair in conjunction with resurfacing, and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, as set forth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB). All questions concerning this project are to be sent to capitalprojects@columbus.gov. The last day to submit questions is April 27, 2022; phone calls will not be accepted. Responses will be posted as an addendum. A pre-bid meeting will not be held. Bond Percentage 10.00%
