General Contractors - Request for Supplier Qualification Level 1 (Contracts' value less than $ 100,000). This Request for Supplier Qualification ("RFSQ") is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for a Vendor of Record ("VOR") list. It is the objective of this RFSQ to create a VOR list of General Contractors for the construction and renovation of spaces and renewal of infrastructure as may relate to capital redevelopment, departmental construction and maintenance projects, as may be required by Unity Health Toronto , including any owned or leased properties(the "VOR List"). Submission of proposals must follow the terms and conditions set out in this RFSQ. The preparation and issuance of this RFSQ is the first Stage of any competitive process that Unity Health Toronto will issue in order to carry out all General Contractors related work. Level 1: General Contractors will be qualified to bid on projects with estimated contract values less than $ 100,000. Unity Health would like to use the VOR for any future competitions. Unity Health Toronto will be qualifying four levels of General Contractors for the VOR List: o Level 1 General Contractors will be qualified to bid on projects with estimated construction values less than $ 100,000.
