Reference number : 1611633 Review Title : Call for tenders maintenance of winter roads in the Domaine, Coteau and Alfred sectors 2022-2027 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-06-20 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Areas of the Estate - Alfred, Moreau, Senécal - du Coteau Winters 2022-2023 to 2026-2027 The Municipality of Saint-Denis-sur-Richelieu is requesting bids for the maintenance of winter roads on the territory outside the urban perimeter for the Domaine, Alfred, Moreau and Senécal sectors as well as the Coteau. Tender documents can be obtained on the electronic public tendering site electronic tender system from June 2, 2022. Only bids sealed, completed and prepared with the official documents of the municipality available on electronic tender system will be considered. The Municipality of Saint-Denis-sur-Richelieu does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received and declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all submissions. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council. As a guarantee, the tenders must be accompanied by a guarantee by check certified to the order of the Municipality, or by a guarantee of tender valid for 45 days from the day of the opening of the tenders emitted by a company of insurance or a financial institution authorized to stand surety under the laws in force. The amount must represent ten percent (10%) of the total value of the contract. If the bond is a certified cheque, the latter will be returned as soon as possible to those whose tender has not been accepted. For the one who obtains the contract, the check can be replaced later for a guarantee of execution. 3 Seasons: 2022-2023 - 2023-2024 - 2024-2025 Optional 2 Seasons : 2025-2026 and 2026-2027
