The University of North Florida Board of Trustees (UNF or University), a public body corporate, is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide labor, materials, and equipment to perform quarterly preventative maintenance and annual load-bank testing for each emergency generator, as well as the labor, materials, and equipment to perform quarterly and annual preventative maintenance for air compressor and vacuum pumps on campus. Deadline for Questions Thursday, May 5, 2022 at 12:00 PM, Response to Questions Tuesday, May 10, 2022 The term of this Agreement will be for an initial period of three (3) years, 07/01/2022 to 06/30/2025, with an option to renew based on satisfactory performance and the written approval of both parties for one (1) additional three (3) year period. The University reserves the right to make multiple awards, partial awards, or to reject any or all proposals. Lobbying of any member of the UNF Selection Committee by any representative of the firm is expressly prohibited and will be considered as cause for rejection of the proposal.
