For 2022 Seasonal Bituminous Materials All materials will be made fully available to the Department from the period of June 6, 2022 to September 15, 2022. All Proposals must be on forms furnished by the Public Works Director. Lyon County will be advertising all construction projects on the Lyon County website; electronically Each Proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, or bid bond, payable to the Treasurer of Lyon County, for at least 5% of the amount of the Proposal. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Successful bidder must submit to Lyon County a Certificate of Liability Insurance with a coverage of $1.5 million each occurrence and $3 million general aggregate liability.
