As of July 6th, this project has been put on hold with no plans for Rebid in the future. The Project includes the following Work: Installation of eighteen new 2-inch diameter commercial water services and water meters. Project will also include restoration of all disturbed areas in kind. Principal items of work include but are not limited to: 864 Ft Water Serv, 2 inch, Tr Det G 18 Ea Plumbing Connection to Home 320 Sft Sidwalk, Conc, 4 inch 108 Ft Curb and Gutter, Conc, Det F4 140 Ton Hand Patching Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5 percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price The Work will be substantially complete on or before July 22, 2022, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before August 12, 2022. The above-referenced project is a federally funded activity authorized under the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974.
