The Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mining, Land & Water ("State") is soliciting proposals for a professional services contract for the surveying and platting of a subdivision project within the Unorganized Borough near Lake Louise, AK. ASLS 20210002 is expected to contain 39 lots ranging from 5 to 40 acres and 9 remainder tracts.
