The City of Buffalo is soliciting proposals from licensed contractor(s) for on-call locksmith repair and maintenance services for various City of Buffalo buildings. The resulting award is for Time and Material Service Contracts. The City contemplates entering into an agreement with a successful contractor, for an initial year term of one (1) year, with an option to renew for an additional four (4) but separate one-year periods, to be exercised at the City's sole discretion. There is no pre-proposal conference meeting scheduled but written question(s) may be sent to Dr. Ihenko at uihenko@city-buffalo.com no later than Monday April 25, 2022. All question(s) and answer(s) responses would be published as addendum on the City's portal by Wednesday April 29, 2022. Any proposal received after 11:00 am on Tuesday May 3, 2022 will be rejected and returned to sender. The City will not be responsible for delays caused by email services or any other occurrence. Copies of the request for proposal including all related documents will be made available on the City portal. No oral, telegraphic, telephonic, or facsimile transmittals request will be accepted. Since all proposals would be submitted via email, vendors must maintain and keep original signature by an authorized officer of the company until requested.
