This bid security must be produced in one of the following forms: a) a bond issued in favor of the PUBLIC BODY by a Financial Institution as defined in clause 0.01.14 hereof, which must comply with the provisions of the model bid bond reproduced in Appendix 4.01A of the Bid Form. Submission; b) a certified cheque, money order or bank draft, made payable to the PUBLIC BODY; c) an irrevocable letter of guarantee issued in favor of the PUBLIC BODY by a Financial Institution as defined in clause 0.01.14 hereof, which must comply with the requirements of the model "Irrevocable Letter of Guarantee" reproduced in the appendix 4.01B of the Submission Form. Description renovations - major work - floor repair wall repair - plumbing - ventilation - insulation Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
