This will save both you and the Agency time in communication along with allowing documentation of all inquiries and responses within one area for all vendors to view.The Contractor must maintain their construction schedule at all times, if the Contractor fails to maintain this construction schedule, he/she will be charged with liquidated damages of $150 per day The JHA reserves the right to Reject any or all quotes, to waive any informalities in the QSP process, or to terminate the QSP process at any time, if deemed by the JHA to be in the best interest of the JHA.\ o Remove and replace playground equipment with the same or similar equipment.
o Notify the Manager or Foreman when arriving on and leaving the site.
o The contractor shall comply with all local requirements regarding permitting.
o The contractor shall Furnish and maintain any warning devices (i.e., barricades, cones, signs, lights, etc.) required to adequately protect the public, JHA staff, and other workers during the performance of the work.
o Any damage caused by the contractor is the responsibility of the contractor to correct or repair.
o The Contractor shall provide the property manager with a Single Point of Contact (SPOC), name, and cell phone number SPOC shall be on-call during the hours of operation.
o All Contractor's employees are required to wear uniforms as means of identification which are to be furnished by the Contractor and must be worn at all times while on property
