And currently there are no plans on rebidding at this time.** Building Specifications: Size 28 foot x 41 foot minimum Type Metal structure pre fab type building 12 foot leg height, completely enclosed Doors 1 10x 10 foot roll up garage door 1 standard walk in door Insulation Fully insulated, reflective double bubble or similar insulation Color 12 gauge metal tan color Installation All local codes for installation of building and site/pad to be followed including any required permits. Carter County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, maintains the right to negotiate after bid and waive any informalities.
