2022 Ultra Thin Road Project on various roads within Washington Township. 20,147 SY Ultra-Thin Bonded Wearing Course, TYPE B, SRL, "G", 55-80 lbs. /SY 27,000 LF Rubberized Crack Seal All materials must meet PennDOT Publication 408 Specifications and Standards. All work to be performed according to current 408 SECTIONS 489 & 469. Bidders must be prequalified and must supply proof of prequalification. All bidders are asked to look at the project prior to bidding and any questions can be directed to Tom Dengler, Roadmaster, at 484-239-8019. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid made payable to Washington Township. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price within 20 days of the award of the contract. Washington Township reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and may also waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interested of the Township.
