The City of Pittsburg ("City") desires to pre-qualify firms in order retain the services of consulting firms ("Consultant") to provide professional engineering project management services as needed. The Public Works Department's Engineering Division has several key positions vacant, specifically within the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) section. Project Management Consulting Services will be used when necessary to continue to provide the best services to residents and keep priority infrastructure projects moving forward. Qualified firms will be submitted to the City Council as part of the On Call list and approve execution of a PSA. The City reserves the right at all times to issue additional Requests for Proposals (RFPs) or RFQs for specific projects and/or the right to select without an interview and issuing and/or requesting additional information from the qualified firms on the proposed list. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received in response to this RFQ. The City is under no obligation to award and/or enter into any contract. Financial or time limits may be extended at the City's discretion. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
