All proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS, BID SUBMISSION. This project shall be bid using PA prevailing wage rates. This project shall be completed by September 9, 2022. After September 9, 2022 liquidated damages apply at the rate of $875.00 per day. Except as otherwise provided by law, no Bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the Bid Opening. Brookville Borough hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any or all Bids submitted; and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received, but any contract work awarded will be to the lowest, responsive, responsible Bidder for each contract or combination of bids.
