Renovation of an educational facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work consists of replacing the interior and exterior incandescent light fixtures with LED fixtures at Dr. William H. Bailey MS to improve the lighting levels. The construction estimate for the project is: $1,402,211.00 Prequalified Bidders shall have a Nevada Contractor's License with the Classification of C-2. The Owner's representative is: Alan Imperial, Project Manager, and may be reached at (702) 497-9464. The A/E representative is: Neal Blodgett, and may be reached at (702) 871-3621. Late arrivals may not be eligible to bid as a Prime Contractor. Bidders must provide their most current letter of pre-qualification issued by the Clark County School District and all information listed in Part 5 of Document 00 21 13 Instructions to Bidders.
